Spirit made from malted barley, and distilled with juniper, coriander, angelica root, cassia bark, grains of paradise, lemon peel, orris root, black cardamom, mace, gentian root, and birch bark. Aged more than 10 months in an ex-bourbon cask.

Awildan’s Genever spent over 10 months in an ex-bourbon barrel, developing richness of texture and flavor. We were proud to share this spirit with you! The single malt whiskey base spirit shined through, with additional sweetness from the white oak barrel. Juniper, floral and orange citrus notes sat atop, lending complexity that continued long into the finish.
