PROGRESS REPORT WHISKEY

Progress Report was a Single Malt Whiskey aged 1 ½ years in ex-bourbon casks and was bottled at cask strength. It was a blend of spirits made from Golden Promise malted barley and a variety of crystal malted barleys. The whiskey was called a Progress Report because it was approximately half way through the maturation time for Awildan’s eventual un-peated whiskey expression. The name Progress Report allowed us to share this spirit as a preview of things to come.
